Moodbidri, Jul 18: After evading arrest for approximately 15 years, the accused Santosh Shetty Kadandale was apprehended near Mansha Drug Store in Mijaru, Moodbidri, on Tuesday, July 18.
The arrest was made by the Konaje police station in relation to LPC no 9/2015 and crime no 142/2007 under Sections 324, 504, 506, 384, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Following the arrest, the accused was promptly produced before the court for further legal proceedings.
