Bengaluru, Sep 18: Rajashekharananda Swamiji of Vajradehi Math addressed several key points related to the Chaithra Kundapura fraud case and came up with some startling revelations .
Speaking to News 18 Kannada television channel Vajradeji Swamiji began, "There is no fear in speaking the truth. When my name is mentioned, I have an obligation to reveal everything. Hindu leader Satyajit Suratkal called me and asked me to return Rs 1.5 crore if I had taken it. I became upset with him. When I mentioned that I met Govinda Babu Poojary once at Kollur, Satyajit Suratkal immediately hung up the phone.
"I called Sharan and informed him of the matter. After a while, Satyajit Suratkal called again and said that it was Abhinav Halashree. Later, I shared all the details with Chakravarthy Sulibele. When I mentioned that Abhinava Sree is associated with Yuva Brigade, he said he had spoken to C T Ravi.
Subsequently, I contacted Chaithra Kundapura directly. She denied all the allegations. So, I learned that Abinava Halashree and Chaithra Kundapura are on good terms. Later, when I became aware of Gagan, the matter was brought to the attention of the BJP's top brass," he claimed.
"I conveyed the matter to Govinda Poojary through Niranjan. After two weeks, he informed me that my name was not involved in the case," the seer revealed.
"Vasudev of Gangolli is a close associate of Govind Babu. When I contacted Vasudev, he indicated that it was 90% true. However, I did not directly communicate with Govind Poojary.
After the state assembly elections, most likely in August, I had a conversation with Chakravarthy Soolibele. He smiled and asked whether his name was implicated in the case. This news has been circulating for a long time. I have also spoken with C T Ravi, and even before I could say anything, Sulibele was already aware of the entire matter," disclosed Rajashekharananda Swamiji.
