Sanjana Shetty all set to make debut in Telugu movie ‘Record Break’

Mangaluru Feb 28: Sanjana Shetty is all set to make her debut in the Telugu film industry with ‘Record Break’ which will be released on March 8. Record Break is directed and produced by Chadalavada Srinivas Rao under the banner STTV films.

Nihar Kapoor, Nagarjuna, Raghda and Sanjana Shetty are playing lead characters in the movie. Chalapathy Rao and Sathya Krishna plays an important role too. 

Record Break is a woman-centric movie, where Sanjana Shetty plays a strong character of a simple rural girl.

Sanjana, after working in the Telugu industry says, "I felt that Telugu movie industry stars are very punctual and hardworking. I was very comfortable as the co-actors directors were very supportive."

Sanjana says that she opted for the movie because of the storyline which was different. The movie has elements of patriotism, wrestling and woman power. There are scenes related to farmers and she believes that story is the real hero.

Apart from Telugu, the movie will be released in 8 languages namely Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Odia, Bengali, Malayalam and Bhojpuri.

Sanjana Shetty has earlier done a TVC ad for Swathi shopping mall and will be looking forward for new opportunities.

Sanjana Shetty, daughter of Sathish Shetty and Pushpa Shetty, was born and brought up in Ujire. She completed her BCom at SDM College, Ujire and went on to do diploma in interior designing from Vogue Institute.

Sanjana started off her modeling career on a positive note after she made into the top 16 of Femina Style Diva South. Sanjana was seen in Tamil television advertisements, such as Tangamayii Jewellery, Sri Murugan app, Velvan Jewellers, and SPP Silks and Textiles. She also shot for designer clothes and online brands.
