Udupi, Jun 14: ‘Teen-Miss-Mrs Coastal 2024,’ the first-ever beauty pageant organized by TSR Modelling Management Udupi, will be held at Essentia Manipal Inn, Udupi, on June 15.
The contest will start at 4 PM in the Grand Millennium Hall of Essentia Manipal Inn. The Teen-Miss-Mrs Coastal 2024 beauty pageant is sponsored by Jayalaxmi Silks and Abharan Jewellers, Udupi.
The contest will be judged by Spoorthi D Shetty, runner-up of Miss International India Universe 2022 and finalist of Miss Grand India 2024; Yashasvini Devadiga, Miss Teen Super Globe International 2023; Suraj Sanil, actor and model; and Nishitha Suvarna, image consultant, pageant coach, and organizer of Mr-Miss-Mrs Karnataka Style Icon. The winners of the beauty pageant will be awarded crowns, sashes, certificates, mementos, gift hampers, and cash prizes.
As the contest has already begun, 50 participants have been selected for the ethnic and western wear rounds from an initial pool of 98 participants. The first round of the contest was held on June 7, with selection based on photographs sent by the participants. The selected participants were then called for a photo shoot at Greenwood Resort, Kaup. The next round, the talent round, was held at Xstream Dance Academy, Udupi, hosted by Yashaswini Devadiga. The introduction and grooming rounds were judged by Spoorthi D Shetty and Nishitha Suvarna. The ethnic wear and western wear (evening party gown) rounds will be held on June 15, and seven contestants will be chosen for the top level.
Shamili G Shankar, director G S Shamili, Infra Ambalpady, Udupi, will inaugurate the contest. The presidential note will be delivered by Dr Nikethana, professor, Dr G Shankar government women’s first grade college, Udupi.
