Mangaluru, Aug 2: The family of 22-year-old Rhonak Prasanna is in dire straits as he suffers from chronic kidney failure and is on maintenance haemodialysis.
Rhonak is undergoing treatment at Kovai Medical Hospital in Coimbatore and urgently needs a kidney transplant. He hails from Moodbidri’s Kallamundkur and is the son of Prakash Kotian, who relies on agriculture for his livelihood. Rhonak's aunt has volunteered to donate her kidney. However, the family is economically backward and needs financial assistance to save Rhonak from his kidney ailment.
