Mangaluru: St Aloysius Gonzaga School organizes investiture ceremony

Mangaluru, Aug 30: The investiture ceremony of the ‘Bunny Movement’ for kindergartners was held on August 29 at St Aloysius Gonzaga School.

The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp by the chief guest, Felcy Zeena Fernandes, additional district guide commissioner and assistant district commissioner of Mangaluru North Local Association, alongside principal Fr Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ, vice-principal and kindergarten coordinator Aparna Suresh and teacher representatives. In her address, Fernandes introduced the Bunny Law, emphasizing its values to the young students.

The principal encouraged the children to embrace the Bunny motto, ‘Keep Smiling', urging them to be active and quick like bunnies. The ceremony saw 161 young bunnies receiving their bunny aprons, followed by a vibrant mass drill. The event was a lively celebration, full of energy and enthusiasm, with significant contributions from faculty members Averyl Rebello, Charitha K R, Anitha Nazareth and Veronica D’Souza.
