Kundapur: Five construction workers injured in bee attack in Manur

Kundapur, Nov 26: Five individuals sustained serious injuries following a bee attack in Manur under the Kota gram panchayat jurisdiction on Tuesday, November 26 morning.

The victims, identified as mason Haji Ibrahim Parampalli and workers Mohammed Parampalli, Prabhakar, and Shekhar Poojary, were attacked while working on a compound wall in Manur.

The bees suddenly swarmed and attacked the workers.

The five workers managed to escape to the road, avoiding further danger. They were immediately rushed to a hospital in Kundapur for treatment.

    Bee attacks can be very bad I had this experience once in Kerala when we went on holiday in a hill station It was on my honeymoon They can swarm and bite and cause severe pain luckily there was a pond nearby and since i knew swimming I just jumped into the pond along with my husband who knew swimming and I escaped getting hurt
