Fri, Jan 17 2025The family has no concern for the missing person. Now it is a matter of property distribution. Unless you have a death certificate or a registered missing complaint, the properties can not be sold. A missing person for a very long time will be considered 'presumed dead' by courts in some cases, with inputs from the police.
