Mangaluru: Lourdes Central School Bejai celebrates Bunny Day

Mangaluru, Jan 27: Bunny movement was introduced in Lourdes Central School (LCS) to help children learn togetherness and to instil the values of love for God, love for nature, sharing and caring and above all to be happy and smiling and to spread the same happiness around.

In connection with the bunny movement kindergarten children celebrated a bunny day on January 25, which was filled with happy vibes and full of smiles.

The day began with the prayer song, followed by a welcome address. Principal Fr Johnson L Sequeira, PE instructor Triveni, and kindergarten coordinator Lydia D’Souza were the guest for the day.

Little children of kindergarten enthusiastically performed a skit, an action song as well as a meaningful dance based on the values they learnt throughout.

Fr principal had all appreciation for the little ones for their efforts and active participation. Fr Asked the children to always remain happy and active just like a bunny. Bunny hop was the show stealer of the day.

Triveni conducted a small game on concentration, which children enjoyed a lot. Later, the winners of the handwriting competition were felicitated by the Principal.

Overall it was an active day filled with a lot of happy moments.
