Udupi: Glowinstar Integrated School holds Convocation Day for pre-primary students

Udupi, Mar 29: Glowinstar Integrated School held a Convocation Day for its pre-primary students.

Bhasker Bhat, retired Canara Bank chief manager and legal consultant of Mysore Sales International Limited, was the chief guest of the day. He in his address said, “If the students develop good food habits and discipline at a younger age, it will benefit them as they grow older.”

Dr T J Quadros, principal, in his presidential address told about the various stages of growth in the child and how each stage is important for the all-round development of a human being. School being the second home of a child, the teachers in the pre-primary and primary level play a vital role of the second mother in the development of a child.

Bhasker Bhat, chief guest of the day distributed the certificates to the UKG students.

The students of pre-primary performed a dance and song on the occasion.

Arvi of UKG welcomed the gathering. Drisha D Salian of UKG delivered the vote of thanks. Khushi faculty compered the event.

The headmistress of the school Shantha Fernandes and Pre-primary class teacher Ashalatha were present on the occasion.
