New Delhi, Jun 7: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against five accused, including Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Goldy Brar, in connection with the December 2024 bomb attacks at two clubs in Gurugram, officials said Saturday.

The chargesheet, submitted to a Panchkula court on Friday, names Satinderjit Singh alias Goldy Brar, Sachin Taliyan, Ankit, Bhawish, and US-based Randeep Singh alias Randeep Malik. They have been booked under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Arms Act, Explosives Substance Act, and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

Of the five, all except Brar and Malik have already been arrested, officials confirmed.

According to the NIA, the accused conspired to target the Warehouse Club and the Human Club in Sector 29, Gurugram, with bomb attacks as part of Babbar Khalsa International’s (BKI) larger terror plot to incite communal tension and disrupt peace across Haryana and neighbouring regions.
The bombings occurred on December 10, 2024, allegedly carried out by members of the proscribed BKI outfit.

The NIA’s investigation revealed that Goldy Brar masterminded the attacks as part of a “deep-rooted” conspiracy involving extortion, raising terror funds, procuring arms and explosives, and spreading fear to undermine the country’s integrity, security, and sovereignty.

The agency emphasized that the syndicate’s operations extended to promoting terror among the public and threatening India’s economic security.

The NIA continues to investigate Brar’s overseas links, as well as the alleged funding channels supporting these terror activities.
