Mangaluru: Cash stolen from cycle shop cash box; act caught on CCTV

Mangaluru, Dec 19: A theft was reported from the cash box of a cycle shop at Tokkottu here on Friday morning. The incident took place at Fastrack Cycle Shop.

The act of theft was captured on CCTV cameras.

 

The incident occurred at the cycle shop located next to Amma Electronics.

According to information, the shop owner and staff had stepped out to check why a police vehicle had stopped on the roadside.

Taking advantage of the situation and after ensuring that there was no one around, an unidentified person reached into the cash box and stole the money.
