Dubai, Oct 22: Kanara Entrepreneurs (KE) Dubai will host a session titled ‘Healthcare 4.0 – Reimagining Healthcare through AI, Innovation & Entrepreneurship’ on Saturday, October 24, at TIME Oak Hotel & Suites, TECOM, Dubai, from 6:00 pm onwards.
Artificial intelligence and emerging technologies are transforming healthcare, from diagnostics and treatment to personalised patient care and hospital operations. Beyond their clinical applications, these advances are creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, startups, investors and technology innovators.
The session will explore how the convergence of healthcare, AI and entrepreneurship is reshaping traditional healthcare models, creating new business opportunities and accelerating innovation across the sector.
About the Speaker
Dr Siddiq Anwar is a consultant transplant nephrologist and clinical professor of Medicine at King's College Hospital London – Dubai, where he is involved in developing a new kidney transplant programme.
He also directs the RenAIssance AI Research Laboratory, collaborating with Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) and Khalifa University, and is an ADIA Lab Fellow.
As the co-founder of Zyephr, a clinical AI and hospital operating system venture, Dr Anwar combines frontline medical practice, advanced AI research and entrepreneurial experience. This perspective makes the session especially relevant to entrepreneurs and business leaders exploring AI-driven innovation.
Drawing on his multidisciplinary experience, Dr Anwar will examine practical applications of AI in healthcare, opportunities for technology-led ventures and the challenges of building businesses in a rapidly evolving industry.
