Thiruvananthapuram, Jun 1: Mammootty will be playing the role of a don in his next movie Bhargavacharitham Ancham Ghattam.

Sreenivasan has penned down the script and Joemon is the director. The movie is shot in and around the dense area of Adhirapally.

His character`s name is Current Bhargava and he peddles drugs.

Others in the cast are Padmapriya, Sai Kumar, Jagadeesh, Salim Kumar, Indrajith. The movie is expected to be released on August 15.
