Governor inaugurates new branch of Ryan International School in Pune

Mumbai (Pune),June 5: The Governor of Maharashtra K Sankaranarayanan inaugurated the new branch of Ryan International School at Aditya Shagun Nisarg, near Mahindra First Choice Show Room, Bavdhan, Mumbai-Banglore By-Pass Highway, Pune on Monday, June 2.

Sanjay Kakde, member of parliament (Rajya Sabha), Dr Wasudeo N Gade, vice chancellor, University of Pune, Dr Augustine Pinto, chairman, Ryan International Group of Institutions, Riten Chowdhury, managing director, Tata BlueScope and other eminent persons, bollywood actor Johny Lever and managing director Grace Pinto, CEO Ryan 
A Pinto were present on the occasion. 


This is Ryan International Group's first school in Pune. This state-of-the-art ICSE school is spread over 4 acres. The ICSE board was selected after carrying out a detailed survey of parents. The group has over 125 institutes in India and abroad.

Among the facilities at the new school are interactive touch white boards, Maths lab, computer labs, language labs, indoor swimming pool, basket ball and tennis courts, soccer, cricket nets, special play areas for kids, dance studio, art studio, school auditorium on top floor, Wi-Fi, online testing and analysis of students. 

The function started with the Governor unveiling the plaque which was followed by a symbolic sapling plantation by him and Dr A F Pinto, Chairman, Ryan International Group of Institutions.

Speaking at the inauguration, Grace Pinto, managing director, Ryan International Group of Institutions said, "There has been strong demand from our parents for a long time to set up a school in Pune. We are pleased that today we are able to fulfil that request. The high standards that our group is known for in India and abroad will be replicated in this great city. I thank Lord Jesus for this new beginning."
