Teleperformance India bags global award


New Delh, June 26 (IANS): Teleperformance India, has bagged the Best Outsourcing Partner award from Contact Centre World, a global body focused on propagating best practices in the BPO industry.

The award recognises Teleperformance's track record in customer satisfaction for SanDisk, a global leader in flash storage solutions. 

Teleperformance India is a member of the $3.23 billion Teleperformance Group - global leader in customer experience management, according to a Teleperformance statement.

"This recognition will spur us to deliver better customer experience to our marquee clients," said Sanjay Mehta, managing director, Teleperformance India.

"The teams seamlessly aligned the vision of two the brands - SanDisk and Teleperformance - that allowed us as outsourcing partners to deliver enhanced customer experience at every given opportunity," Mr Mehta added. 

Three Contact Centres of Teleperformance provide technical support and trouble-shooting services in 15 languages for US-based SanDisk, a global leader in flash storage solutions. In addition, it manages an online tech forum in four languages.

Over 100 outsourcing firms from Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore participated in the award process where an eminent jury from the industry made the final pick.
