Mysore, May 21: The terrorists responsible for the Hyderabad blast on Friday are planning to sneak into Mysore, according to sources.

The Police and the CID wings are on high alert in the wake of the information received from the Union Home Ministry saying that the terorirsts may take shelter in Mysore.

The preliminary investigations have revealed that the Bangladesh-based Harkat-ul-Islami organisation was behind the blast. The terrorists may choose Mysore as their hide out, according to sources.

It is learnt that a senior officer of the Intelligence Bureau (IB), Government of India, had met the Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy on May 12 to caution the State Government about the terrorist threat to the State.

He had also reportedly advised the Chief Minister to provide modern weapons to the Police. The Hyderabad blast has given weight to the warning.

It may be mentioned here that two Pakistani terrorists, Fahad and Ali Hussain were arrested in Rajeev Nagar in October.

Khadar Bhai, another key accomplice of the terrorists, who provided shelter to Fahad and Hussein Ali in Rajiv Nagar is still absconding.

12 other accomplices of these two terrorists, wanted by the Mysore Police, have also not been arrested. These absconding accomplices have been a headache for the Police.
