WhatsApp now lets you chat in Urdu and Bengali

Nov 25 ( FP): The new WhatsApp update version 2.12.367 now adds the ability to chat in Urdu and Bengali. Along with the addition of two languages, the update also brings some more changes.

The new WhatsApp update will let users mark chats as unread or read, and also introduces the Rich preview feature. This feature generates a preview of the URL. Users can also choose not to share the preview.

Besides, some other changes include changing the colour of emojis just by presses and long-presses, and custom chat notifications. Another notable change is the option in seeing to use low data for WhatsApp calls.

Last month, the company announced to let you backup conversations, photos and videos to Google Drive. Recently, it also added some much needed 3D Touch goodness for those using an Apple iPhone 6s. And for those with an older iPhone, WhatsApp had revamped settings menu that gets a dash of colour and looks similar to the settings menu of your iPhone.
