Concentrix launches service to counter data fails in India

New Delhi, March 30 (IANS): Making a large investment in the analytics space to build capability and offer services to counter data fails in the country, leading global high value services provider Concentrix has made its business intelligence and reporting (BIR) services available in India.

Major companies in every industry are constantly worried over data that fails to provide real-time insights for taking action.

"Our focus is on bringing in embedded analytics to our customers so that they have insights across the business and we are investing to enhance our capabilities in analytics," said Rick Rosso, senior vice president, global sales and account management, at an event here.

"Concentrix is addressing the pain points that customers face in maximising value from their existing business intelligence platforms, based on real-time and actionable insights drawn from humongous amounts of data available," Rosso added.

The BIS solutions by Concentrix add value to the prescriptive reporting process by creating intelligent dashboards that provide actionable insights to address business challenges.

Nearly two-thirds of decision makers say they have trouble getting clear answers from dashboard metrics. In-house BIR efforts are hampered - or stopped altogether - by poor data quality and lack technical skills.

"We believe our new solutions will offer significant value to enterprises across sectors globally and cement our leadership position in the high-value services market," noted Anuj Kumar, global leader analytics.

Concentrix works on analytics solutions across sectors such as banking, financial service and insurance, automobiles, retail, healthcare and travel.
