Udupi, Apr 11: A series of spectacular dance performances enthralled the audience during the mega dance event 'Countz-III 2k16' hosted by 'Attitude' dance crew at Royal Garden here on Saturday, April 9.
The dance programme was inaugurated by social activist Amrith Shenoy.
Amrith Shenoy urged the audience to encourage the art of dance by organizing such creative shows so that the budding talents would get opportunity showcase their skills.
Actress Aishwarya anchored the event in style.
The three invited professional dance crews namely Boyzone Dance Academy from Mangaluru, Darpana School of Performance from Udupi and Gangolli entertained the audience with their foot-tapping performance.
The little girls and boys dressed in sequined off-shoulder frocks were a sheer delight to watch. There were also hip-hop, classic, traditional and jazz performances by different artistes which enthralled the audience.
Attitude Dance Crew members also performed on the occasion.
As part of the programme, the organizers also held body building championship. Praveen Kumar, Mr Karnataka in body building and team was a special attraction.
Sulatha Kamath, an athlete and Lavina Kumar were felicitated for their achievements.
Raghavendra Karwal compered the programme. Prashant welcomed the gathering, Karnakar Bangera delivered the vote of thanks.
About Attitude Dance Crew:
Attitude Dance Crew was established in the year 2005. Since then, they have been entertaining the audience with different dance forms by adding creative elements to it. The team has trained more than 3,000 aspiring dancers till date and currently have 300 students undergoing training. They have also conducted many dance workshops.
The first event under the banner ‘Attitude Counts-I’ and ‘Attitude Counts-II’ was organized successfully earlier.
