What about the city bus in Mangalore and Udupi they are packed above the Maximum limit, then no BD or anyone from the saffron groups do anything with the bus staff. This is height of hypocrisy shown by the saffron group's. They do not see the passengers in inhuman state.

Why cow buffalo thefts are rampant in undivided DK?
It is only because the rate of Beef it is 250 per kg in Mangalore
Imagine a cow weighs about 150kg and buffalo more than 200kg
That means a cow or a buffalo cost 30 to 40 thousand
It is easy money for these thieves.
Funny thing is that BDs catch these animals and sell it again
It is big business for BDs
Let the administration allow free transporting of these animal legally without the hindrance of hindu outfits. Then rate comes down to less than Rs.100 and no one will be interested in theft of these animals.

I feel sorry for these animals. We are going through a bad era called "Kali Yug". See how inhumanly they transport animals. Mahatma Gandhi said "Moral of a country is judged by the way they treat their animals".
Police have to be more alert since these rouges are transporting the cattle right under their nose. What about if they transport deadly RDX.

why no cries now... it's evident that one group always calls out this and hearing intolerance , secular etc etc. Why not all the muslim leaders come front protesting this cruel act by few of them... why only Hindu youth should stop this and get that name as social evils, peace spoilers... etc... you also can come front and protest this cruel act, if you are really humans. Why not... I could see "ismath , mlore" mentioning few words which value a lot... please... request with all muslim friends... it hurts us seeing our mother animal seeing in such a bad condition. forget about other places, countries or national level what happens. but at least in our place or vicinity , let's ensure we don't have such incidents which are real threats to our society... not only for us... for both the communities.

Pls make a correction that it hurts not just some communities but but whole of the humanity irrespective WHATEVER...

Islam commanded certain rules & conditions to be strictly followed BEFORE/DURING/AFTER the slaughtering of any animals which is allowed (halal) by it.

These crooks must be punished such a way that they never think again to repeat it.Also such unguided youths are the real threat to the community as well as the peaceful society.

Children are never tied and packed into cramped spaces and inhuman situations.also when children are transported in whichever manner it is the parents responsibility to be careful. but when innocent harmless animals are violated like this it is the responsibility of the community to stop it. it needs very little intelligence to understand the difference.

well said harsha. you are right. though children are priority they have adults to look after them. poor animals should not be treated cruelly . even an animal destined to die for our taste deserves to be treated well on its last journey.
