Mangaluru, Jul 7: Sudesh Shenoy (25), a M Tech student and resident of Parkala Devinagara in Udupi district, died in a private hospital in the city on Wednesday July 6. Shenoy was suffering from suspected dengue, and treatments failed to improve his health condition.
Shenoy had married six months ago. He is survived by wife, mother, and a brother. He was studious, and had worked in polytechnic college at Manipal for a year before joining M Tech course at Nitte, where he was in the final year.
Twin brothers die of suspected dengue
Ravi, a tenth standard student from Hombalammana Pete in Magadi died of suspected dengue. He had been admitted into Kempe Gowda Hospital at Bengaluru for treatment. Later, he was shifted to a private hospital where his end came at 4.30 pm on Wednesday.
Ravi was the son of Siddappa, who earns livelihood by selling tender coconuts at Hombaammana Pete. It is gathered that Ravi's twin-brother, Murthy, had died of suspected dengue a month back.
