Its so difficult to get couple of tickets to travel from Mumbai to Mangalore during summer vacation, why can`t Rly authorities add-up few super fast express from Mumbai to Mangalore to the existing matsyagandha 12619/12620 at least many would be benefitted with additional trains. Madam Mamta pls give a serious thought and do the needful.

Really its so hurting. there is only single train straighting from karnataka to mumbai and that too occupied by this mallayis.please make a note of this.it would be really great if railway minister to extend jnana shatabadi-(mumbai to madgaon) to mangalore.it would really save our time and rush during seasons.

It's so sad news for Kannadigas. Because in central Congress rules so Karnataka BJP, may be that's the reason they are not providing more trains. There is only one train(Matsyagandha) for that also all Kerala people reserving there ticket because they r getting substitute train from Mangalore. We all kannadigas and Tulu people come forward to stop this else Matsyagandha also reach Kerala in some days.

Its high time they start special trains orginating and terminating at mangalore to ease the pressure on Kannadigas going to native place. One fails to understand why so many trains preference is given to Kerala. May be the Sreedharan hangover is still there

There should be atleast 3 trains from Mangalore. we should have a will to get trains from mangalore not from Kerala. Where is shatabdi xpress which should start from mangalore.

This is all happening because Mangalore is under Palghat division. One day there is a chance that Kerala lobby gains supremacy over Konkan Railway. We should protest against such things. May be we can ask to extend the Karwar special train atleast till Udupi if not mangalore
