many Indians spread all over world for job and studies. these people realize now the how in the cities abroad the construction like housing ,road, and gardens, hospitals colleges schools etc.are planned by town planning and strictly followed by even pvt. construction companies.in india all so called metro cities were earlier small towns and developed in unplanned manner may because holding of land by private parties and government might not had systematic future planning except Chandigarh city . moreover hutments and unauthorized stall are coming up in foot paths and road corners which mostly contribute above like situation in major cities in the country when time rain and storm.
