Kasargod, Apr 17: The spate of murders in Kasargod in the last couple of days is increasing. In yet another case, Suhas, a prominent lawyer and district vice-president of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) was murdered at 6.30 pm on Thursday April 17 at Kasargod town.

According to sources, Suhas was stabbed when he was on his way home from office. He was brought to Wenlock Hospital in Mangalore where he was declared dead.

Though motive for the muder is not yet known, it is widely suspected that it was a revenge for the earlier murders that took place in Kasargod recently.

Curfew has been clamped in Kasargod following the incident.

More details awaited

I agree with Rizwan.I would rather like to be killed by a stranger in a strange land with some motive, than get killed by a fellow countryman with whom I and my family have lived all my life. let us all agree that just by killing a few we cannot wipe out Hindus, muslims, christians, jews or any religion. Why don't we concentrate on developing our economy instead of wasting time in rivalry. It's very easy and needs only one to make enemity. it takes ages and many to build a freindly community. We can do this if a person from one community stops his people from killing others or he protects other person. Let us not allow the few miscreants to achive what they want, a division in community.

this is too much. whatz the CPI govt doing there. this is an act of barbarism. Police should take stern and stringent action against all the miscreants irrespective of the religon or the party to which they belong. No partiality should be entertained.

I'm so sick of this killing and revenge killings. Our peaceful coastal area is suffering from the onslaught of this 'killing' culture. In my opinion, this is truly 'terrorism'!! We clearly have to say 'No' to the thug communities involved in any type of terrorism. What the heck? Life has no value or what? I hope Police will take very strong actions on those culprits who started this 'killing' spree!

Signs of Day Of Judgement:: "The killer will not know why he was killing, and the person who was killed will not know why he was killed."
