There is no traffic discipline. Even though signboard say speed limit is 30 K.M . they are riding at 60-80 KM fast. Police are mute spectators and failed to rein in such recalcitrant vehicle riders.

1 st PU Student.. that mean 16 year old.. can have license to ride a motor cycle???
His parents are solely responsible to his death .. not the road not nor the speed.

We lost one adorable beautiful young Bharatiya soul..
    "Om tryambakaṃ yajāmahe sugandhiṃ puṣṭivardhanam
urvā rukamiva bandhanān mṛtyor mukṣīya mā'mṛtāt"

The true meaning is as follows:
Tryambakam: The three eyed lord (Shiva) who sees what we can see but who also sees what we can not see. Hence 3 eyed.
Yajamahe: Yajanam is invocation; I invoke
Sugandhim Pushti Vardhanama: Increase my good vasanas (not of material aspects like gold, money, sex, anger, the 6 enemies etc.)
Urvarukam iva bandhanaan mrityor mukshiyam amritaat: (my soul is) like a cucumber bound (to the body), please free me from the captivity of death and give me immortality.

The road looks not motorable. Very sad riders should be extra careful.

The same thing was told to Rajkumar by comedy King Narasimha Raju, who had lost his son soon after he gave him a bike.
Rajkumar never gave or let his sons ride the bike on his advice.
But I like 2 wheeler more than a four, for the simple reason they can be parked easily, can negotiate any narrow lanes & congested traffic of city roads.
Youngsters need to know safe speed is not 80 or 100Kms/hr, but below that on any road & anticipation of risks is the foremost in any mode of transport.
The more speed less time to react to unexpected road blocks or lane or rule breakers.
Be a Safe Driver & not an Expert Stunt Rider.
