Los Angeles, Jul 18: After battling in court for a year-and-a-half, Britney Spears and ex-hubby Kevin Federline have settled their custody case.
K-Fed will retain sole custody of the couple’s two sons, Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden, 1 1/2.
Britney will keep her visitation rights which include two visits and one overnight per week.
Both parties are due back in court today to finalize the agreement.
The custody settlement can be modified at any time and a source close to Spears says she will likely get increased visitation as time goes on.
The case had been set to go to trial next month, but all parties had been hoping to settle up beforehand to avoid a messy and expensive media circus.
