Udupi Padmapriya Death : CoD Probe Ordered

DHNS

Bangalore, Jul 31: Home Minister V S Acharya on Wednesday informed the Council that the government would hand over the investigation of Padmapriya case to the Corps of Detectives (CoD).

However, demanding that the case be handed over to the CBI, the Congress members staged a dharna in the well of the House.

Later, the minister said he would place the demand of the Opposition before the Chief Minister and make the stand of the government clear on Thursday. In the Legislative Assembly, Speaker Jagadish Shettar said he will allow a discussion on the Padmapriya case. But he set aside the notice given by the Congress to move an adjournment motion.

I assume that no result will come out on this case. Gone is gone but God will certainly give his own punishment sooner or later.

We talk about Democracy and Justice. Looks like we have neither in our country. Rich people with the right connections can get away with anything.

Just forget about getting the justice to Padmapriya family? Why they are not giving this case to CBI coz they do not have the direct contact in CBI this is the reason they handing over this case to COD They controll very well on COD like the case what has happend to Nude case in udupi same way judge will give report saying that Ragupathi Bhat is not involved and Atul is also innocnet and all the record will vanish from the case, Surrprisingly till today Padmapriyas Postmortem report has not published

Our Judiciary is no different than the jungle rule because the judge is taking the side of the culprits. May be he is a member of radical  group. He does not deserve that seat.
