Former Russian spy's daughter discharged from hospital

London, Apr 10 (IANS): Yulia Skripal, the daughter of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal who was poisoned, has been discharged from the hospital, the BBC reported on Tuesday.

Yulia, 33, was discharged from the Salisbury District Hospital on Monday and taken to a secure location.

However, her 66-year-old father is in the hospital but his condition was "improving rapidly".

Yulia and Skripal were taken to the hospital on March 4 after being exposed to the toxic nerve agent Novichok.

The UK government said Russia was behind the poisoning, but Moscow has denied any involvement and accused the British of inventing a "fake story".
