Udupi: Children Offer Flowers with Devotion to Mother Mary

Udupi, Sep 8: Children of the local Catholic families offered flowers to Mother Mary with devotion at the Mother of Sorrows church here, on Monday September 8, on the occasion Monti Fest.

The new corn was blessed by the parish priest Fr Mathew P vas near the grotto, wherein children sang hymns, rejoiced and celebrated the nativity of Mother Mary. 










Fr Baptist Menezes, the Episcopal Vicar, Udupi concelebrated the mass together with Fr Mathew P Vas, Fr Santhosh Menezes, assistant parish  priest and Fr Assisi DÁlmeida.

All the people and children were given sugar canes after the mass.
