Rahul Gandhi to embark on Kailash Mansarovar yatra on August 31

New Delhi, Aug 29 (IT): Congress chief Rahul Gandhi will go on a pilgrimage to Kailash Mansarovar. As per his promise, he will leave for the pilgrimage on August 31.

The pilgrimage will follow his two-day visit to Kerala to take stock of the rehabilitation efforts in the state.

He will not take the Nepal route for the pilgrimage but will be reaching via China.

During the Karnataka elections, Gandhi had said he decided to visit Kailash Mansarovar when his plane plummeted thousands of feet and he was reminded of Lord Shiva.

He had previously called himself a janeu-dhari (sacred thread wearing) Brahmin and a devotee of Lord Shiva during the Gujarat elections.

    Jenifer. The PM just mentioned an estimated amount of black money stashed abroad. He never said that it would be distributed to each Indians. If at all it was true, Congress would not have lost 22 states and RaGA would not have been a veteran of 33 defeats subsequent to that speech of the PM.

    Please perform your yathra in good belief and not to impress general public.
    Take an example, how Yeddurppa failed miserably.
