Bengaluru: Luring of Laxmi Hebbalkar by BJP, ACB receives complaint

Bengaluru, Sep 30: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has received a complaint with regard to the statement made by Congress MLA Laxmi Hebbalkar accusing the BJP of tempting her to join BJP with an offer of Rs 30 crore.

Anil Shetty has given a complaint in this regard on Saturday, September 29, to the ACB asking them to hold an investigation based on the statement given by Hebbalkar.

In his complaint, Anil Shetty has urged the ACB to register a complaint and hold an inquiry in this context as MLA Laxmi Hebbalkar will be having the complete information of the enticement by the BJP to change her allegiance to BJP from Congress in order to curtail the incidents of corruption.
