Mangalore: 'Western Institute' Christmas Nite in City

Mangalore, Dec 24: Western Institute of Technology headed by Stephen and Godfrey Mendes organized the first 'Gala Christmas Nite' ar YMPU Balmata open ground in a special way.

Western Institute of technology, opened in Mangalore three months ago, to provide high quality training and consultancy services to individuals and organizations of all sizes within the private and public sector.

Gospel Singer and preacher Br James Rosario, who came  all the way from Kolkota, performed in front of a packed crowd and sent a devotional and christmas message to the audience through his soulful  singing. He was assisted by Br John Malhotra. Apart from his performance, some noted groups of young members from around the city presented special Christmas dances, songs and Tableaux.

Fr Peter Noronha, parish priest Bendore, Abhaychandra Jain,Moodbidri  MLA, Walter Nandalike of Daijiworld.com, Rev Edwin Walter of  St Paul Church, Fr Winfred Amanna of the Kanti Church Jeppu and Br James Rosaio were the  guests of honour  of the evening.


























Fr Peter Noronha, in a message, briefed  the importance of Christmas and how it is being celebrated all over the world, breaking the barriers of  caste, creed and language.

Abaychandra Jain in his message, hailed Christmas as an occasion for everyone, and not for the Christians alone.

Other guests also spoke on the occasion and delivered Christmas messages

Adla Bendore, CSI Sushanti Church Marcara Hill, India campus crusade for Christ Valencia, YWPU Kanti Church Jeppu, Boy Zone Dance Academy, Sizzling Guy etc., enthralled the audience with their superb performances..

Charming Flora Mendes ably compered the entire event.
