Moodbidri: Crystal Paladka bags 2nd place in national-level abacus competition

Moodbidri, Jan 29: Crystal Paladka, daughter of Deepak Paladka, a well-known actor of Tulu, Konkani and Kannada films, bagged the second place in abacus national-level completion held recently in Bengaluru.

She is also a state-level competitor and has won many accolades.

Mother Roshni Paladka, a housewife cum beautician, has trained and groomed Crystal all through. The family recently shifted to Paladka, Moodbidri from Dubai.

Crystal, a 5th grade student of Carmel Convent School, Moodbidri had also acted in first international Tulu movie ‘Nirel’ as a child artiste and gained fame. She was also part of some modeling assignments for a branded boutique in Dubai.

Work hard and never give up in life. Your parents did their best and you have keep it going. I am proud of my daughter and son who are doing very well in New York as we worked hard and gave them a future.
