Bengaluru, Feb 2: In a brutal murder that took place in Silicon City a man, under the influence of alcohol, killed his friend by stabbing him repeatedly in the middle of the road.

Arul Raj (36) is the unfortunate victim who lost his life in the incident. Arun is the one who committed this gruesome murder. This murder has taken place on the sixth cross of Rose Garden near Neelasandra in the city.

This murder has taken place on the night of December 25, 2018 but has come to light very late.

It is learnt that Arul Raj and Arun were good friends. However, Arul Raj had illicit relation with Arun's wife. On the night of December 25, 2018, both went to a bar together and started fighting on this issue in the bar after consuming some drinks. Once they were out of the bar, all of a sudden, Arun stabbed Arul Raj 16 times with a knife and killed him brutally.

CCTV of a nearby house has captured the whole stabbing incident. A case in this regard is registered in the Ashoknagar police station. Accused Arun is absconding and police are on the search to nab him.
