Bengaluru: Senior state Congress leaders accuse Siddaramaiah of bossism

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Jun 7: The eyes of senior Congress party leaders of the state have fallen on the twin posts of leader of Congress legislature party and president of coordination committee of former CM Siddaramaiah, who is controlling state Congress as well as the coalition government indirectly being the main focal point of the coalition government.

It is said that the senior Congress leaders have a feeling that Siddaramaiah, who is the president of the coordination committee of JD (S) and Congress is creating more chaos and acting as if he is solving those issues created by himself. They are also of the opinion that Siddaramaiah is trying to take advantage of the present political scenario in the state and trying to control every move. The senior leaders also have a feeling that Siddaramaiah is in fact supported the dissidence expressed Ramesh Jarkiholi.

The reason for the resignation of H Vishwanath from the position of president of JD (S) is because he was kept out of the coordination committee. In addition, the seniors feel that Siddaramaiah is making KPCC president Dinesh Gundu Rao dance to his tunes. However, the faction of the Congress party that is loyal to Siddaramaiah has denied all these accusations of the senior party leaders.

The senior leaders of Congress party in the state have demanded Rahul Gandhi to interfere and resolve the prevailing political situation in the state. We have to wait and see whether Rahul Gandhi will respond to the appeal of the senior Congress leaders of Karnataka or simply leave the matter to Siddaramaiah again to resolve.

Star leaders of Congress like Mallikarjun Kharge, Veerappa Moily and K H Muniyappa have tasted defeat in the recently held Lok Sabha elections. As the Congress has lost its hold in the center, rumours are making round in Congress party circles that these people might be eyeing the coordination committee president post of the state.

Congress is in the state of being completely decimated...Everything one day has to be completely decimated and then a new outfit would be created minus the dynasty...Hope by 2034, a new Congress would be in place, which would have realistic visions like and compete with BaJaPa.

Congress's problems its own creation . It's chief does not know who is with or against him . It confirmed that senior leaders betrayed .He thrusted not trustworthy . Strong Congress is need of the day . Leaders such as Pilot ,Sindhiya and others should be given higher responsibilities . Pilot and Sindhiya could strengthen party in their respective states . It confirmed that they could be trusted . Congress is in Punjab because of CM Captain Arminder Singh . Covert support to Sidhu by leadership of Congress has proved damaging . Resignations are not answer . It need cruel clean up operation from top to bottom . Seniors could be advisors not front runners . Organisational restructuring with young leadership will go a long way . Strong Congress needed . Weed out "Chamchas" to save party in the interest of the nation .

It looks, state leaders of congress will not rest till the party is completely eliminated.

Daily, they are giving statements or doing something which is damaging the party.

There is no one to control the party. High command is doing nothing as they have lost control. They do not have the ability to silence a single MLA. One MLA can hold the party into ransom. That is the state of affairs of the party.

Instead of working to strengthen the party, they are engaged in weakening it.
