Mangaluru, Oct 15: Art and craft as the name itself suggest is an organization that is art based. Art is an expression and communication of emotion and ideas. A means for exploring and appreciating formal elements for their own sake or representation. Art and craft gives us a way to be creative and express ourselves. This is something that makes us more thoughtful and well-rounded humans.
Through art and craft, students learn to value and appreciate artifacts and images across cultures and times. Experience in design, art and craft enable them to reflect critically on their own work and those by others. They learn to act and think like designers and artists, working intelligently and creatively.
