Thank you for recapturing and inspiring coverage of the old rich cultural and phenomenal legacy and pageantry of Tulunadu. As a person who made a brief study of our history and antiquity, and found it facinating, I am thrilled to see that we are not only demonstrating our background is glorious it is also not parochial but universal. May all future celebration under the able and inspiring leadership of Dharmadikari Dr Heggade and others prove promising and popular.

Along with these grand celebrations and forthcoming the World Tulu Convention, I do hope the organizers and the Tulu loving people will also remember with gratitude what Vice Chancellor Prof. Hegde other day reminded, ‘the contributions of Basel Missionaries’ whose arrival 175 years ago is now celebrated in DK with nostalgia. Our Church not only revived and recaptured our ancien language and culture as a part of our life but also made it also our religious history and heritage which is evident in our worship and literature. They made us proud to claim always that Tulunadu is ever ancient and ever new!
