Considering his mental illness this man truely requires treatment and support. Keeping him under police custody will not serve the purpose. He should be allowed to be with his regular caretaker and treatment has to be continued.Mentally sick person not compliant with his medications doesnt deserve jail, instead he should be given proper psychiatriic assessment, adjustment of his medication dose and supportive interactions.

Because he's been watching the news on television and you can't deny the fact that after a particular time you tend to also dream about same things as shown in news after the repetitive screen play of same incident for 1 hour. If it can affect a normal man no doubt it could affect a mentally weak person.
