Since last many days, DK don't have positive cases. In this situation, after April 20th at least, economic activities should re-start under strict guidelines. For Eg. A office or worshop with 10 staff can funcion with 4 staffs. Its not possible to work from home as there is no infrastructure at home. We can't convert our home as office. District authorities can also do random 100-200 tests at various crowd gathering areas and if they find any 1 positive case, then further strict measures can be implemented. It is high time to re-start economic activities in phased manner so that small businesses will earn something. 1% GDP should not become 'new normal'
