The person who went missing in this incident happens to be Vikram Gatti (35) from Kolya, who currently resides at Konaje. He has a unit engaged in building bodies for four-wheelers at Kolya. He had left home at Konaje late night on Wednesday and thereafter became untraceable, the family members said.

Gatti was with his wife and son when he received the said call. Thereafter, he left in his car after which he could not be contacted, the family members added. Traffic police noticed that a car was left on Netravati bridge late night on Wednesday. On a close look, the police could find PAN card and cheque book inside the car. There may be many reasons for his disappearance/ missing. But why any one should break their head. Either he should have committed suicide by jumping in the river . By abandoning the vehicle where can he go in this lockdown situation where vehicles are not plying. Some sort of similarity is found to previous cases. So let us wait and see instead of presuming in a negative way.

If the man has not disappeared intentionally or committed suicide, the 3rd possibility is, he may have been kidnapped to recover the loan amount, if he owed, any.

My humble advise to people not to take their own lives or that of their dependants & innocent children out of economic distress or marital discord, we do not have a right to do that. Instead leave the material world & take up 'SANYAS' devoting rest of life to the Creator & he will take care of all

It is unfortunate that a man from Kolya is missing. The truth will come out once they find out Vikram Gatti is found dead or alive. I feel sorry for his wife and son who must be going through anxious moments at this time.

Present situation is such a worst that people don't have job, work, can't move out,no money in hand . If this lockdown was started in February month, then we could have controlled now . We wake up very late. No use of talking the past) Still there is a chance for every body to follow up the present instructions of Government, we can control everything. Every thing is in our hands. The time has come for unity.

You are right but sometimes life becomes such that it becomes difficult to live. You can argue that you should be strong, you get life only once, you should think about your dear and near ones, etc. That is right but I don't think anybody will want to end his/her life without any reason. Extreme situations extreme measures.

Salim agree with you but when we know life is given by the Creator, God almighty who created this earth and heaven we need to go back to Him for protection

Here we need guidance from the spiritual leaders of all community. The job of spiritual leader is to save souls of sinners / drunkards / and depressed people but some spiritual leaders are busy in attending ribbon cutting function and other activities which should have been dealt by layman.

I agree at some stage what you say,  but for God all is possible. You are ONE among those who are deprived from hearing testimony of people whom God saved from committing suicide.  These practical / real  testimonies  are motivating people with faith  but banned in certain section of our religion. I do not want to elaborate more on this.
When there is a problem Be still & surrender to God, If they put you in Jail, go to jail and worship Him there, till God gives you wisdom. Do not be ashamed to go to jail, society will not feed you, take your family members, good friends in to confidence, you have just taken the loan to start business with good motive and did not murder anyone.
It is also written who will get help from God during trouble time and when you are sick in the bed. If you have not read please go through it - Psalm 41: 1-3
Try to follow this practically, you also will be saved.

Gurka...We dont know what went wrong in previous births..for which we want definitely to pay the price. To have decent life..start from now onwards to live sincerely without commiting any mistakes. Path will be difficult..it will show way towards to attain moksha..for which to become good completely.
Sacrificial nature is always the best.

There are instances where the entire family goes by their car to the top of a hill, comes out from the car and pushes the car over the edge of a cliff. Normally, the car smashes onto the rocks below, it invariably explodes in a shower of flames and a cloud of smoke. Police and people believe the family has committed suicide and burnt by the flames Mostly, people who are neck deep in debts, but do not want to commit suicide take this route and go to some remote place and live with the money left.

Though, nothing can be said about this incidence, there is a probability that this owner of the car may have used this trick to hoodwink the creditors, if any, or may have committed suicide, by depression.

If he has jumped into the river, the body will definitely be found washed ashore somewhere as the water level & flow intensity is very less now!

Santana....Please dont watch old hindi movies deeply with due attention. Thinking also go on same way. Always try to think positive. May be possibility vikram started a new business for which he might taken a huge loan from various banks. As he unable to pay back due to current situation might taken an extreme step. Santana also note if he hiding somewhere...our police are good as scotland yard..will find him by any means.
