Rahul to hold series of conversations, first one with Raghuram Rajan

New Delhi, Apr 30 (IANS): After questioning the government on lockdown exit strategy, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will hold a series of conversations with global and Indian thought leaders on the Covid-19 crisis and the way forward.

 

The first conversation will be with former RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan which will be streamed live on all Congress social media platforms at 9 am on Thursday.

    Sometimes I started feeling if Rahul Gandhi is the Prime Minister.

    People do not know what our PM is doing? There is no news of him speaking to experts on the issue and the steps that is being proposed in the situation we are in now and post Corona. Shouting only Social Distancing.... Social Distancing …. will not help. He needs to come to the people with some concrete steps. He just left the migration workers and Daily wage workers to mend themselves without any food or economical protection. It is our luck that we have Samaritans who took care of these people thoughout the country.

    Now the impact has even reached white collared jobs and as a first step pay cuts are announced for Senior People. PM needs to talk to the people through Press Conference and enhance their confidence by discussing the Blue Print for the future of India.

    Less communication during this hour of crisis shows the nervousness of PM. He should lead from the front.

    Bhakths wont be jealous, they would indeed be very happy and elated. As long as RaGa resorts to l these gimmics of lashing, bashing, mocking the Govt, its just a campaigning for BJP. All including the Congi Ghulams know that , at the end of the day RaGa has to contest from a safe constituency in Kerala to win on a special criteria to just survive in politics by feeding them the 'EVM' chewing gum to keep them chewing for the next 5 years.

    It is high time that Rahul Gandhi and the Congress constitute an internal team of professionals in line with the Ministries of the GOI as done during the leadership of late Rajiv Gandhiji during V.P.Singh Government. They should keep briefing the nation on various issues that have stunted development dearly since 2014-15 in our nation - post Demonetisation, GST, Destabilising Opposition State Governments, Lockdown and its consequences on the common man, Systematic steep fall in GDP, Destabilising RBI functioning, poor performance in ministries and COVID 19.

    Rajan said that for a long period of lockdown Rs. 66,000 crores are required to feed the poor.
    MODI CHAIWALA ALREADY FED 67,000 CRORES TO RICH FUGITIVES AND MAGGIE RAMDEV.
    Chaiwala Modi fed 66,000 crores to fugitives richest big shots.
    So how he give to the poor?
    Autamatically half or more of the 66,000 may reach to Nagpur.
    Rajan also suggested, systematically easing the lockdown is required.

    In that case you 'DUNNO' what PM knows. On 27th June 2016, PM, rebutting Dr Swamy's criticism on Rajan, had openly said "He (Rajan)is no less patriotic, he loves India." (You can check News 18). Now, are you challenging PM?
