Unless proved, all such deaths should be reported by media only as unnatural deaths, neither suicide nor murder. By reporting as suicide or murder, media is leading people to believe in one direction. Recently we have come across a judgement on the nun Abhaya case, which was termed as suicide for years together and then it was proved that the same was a murder. And for giving justice, it took 30 years.

Hate Chaiwala, but getting chaiwalas and coffeewalas in these kind of matters is too petty thinking

Was chaiwala ruling from 30 years... or in 1992 when the nun was killed... disgusting... you blame each and everything to current ruling.. at least she got justice in current ruling...

    Dear Jhanavi,
Hope you have read the comments completely..... The comment was I hate Chaiwala, but dragging him into these kinds of matters is very petty thinking.... Hope you are clear.

For the matter of Chaiwala ruling 30 years, he will never rule, and had he ruled, country would have already gone to the dogs. Regarding the justice, it is not because of current ruling, because of the strong media in the state and crusade of the people

this case has loose ends... when a girl is burning herself in one of the rooms of the house, it is impossible that other members of the house especially parents do not get any indication... normally people die by burning after loud arguments, fights or emotional outbursts... on the night she died, there must have big confrontation, emotional shock to the departed girl...

    Parents have to be interrogated...

This reminds of Aarushi death where daughter is said to be murdered in one of the rooms of the house and parents claim, they have no clue....

    so sad to hear this...

    RIP

Even after so many attempts to highlight suicide, people are doing what they want. Sad, these young lives go too early for no reason. One request for help, these lives can be saved and made productive. But they don't seek help. At 21 we possess all the qualities to navigate our lives toward safety and productivity. We have all the resources for disposal at a fingertip. Still, suicide seems to be an easy way out.
Nothing can be done when educated people go this way.

@Sunny S Marnemikatte Mangalore, somehow I find here some thing wrong. How when a girl in own house pour kerosine and burn herself ,why noone noticed ,heard screaming,or got kerosine smell ?Whole family was there still no noice.when human body burns get smell, second when room was closed,no oxygen comes in ,so fire will get itself lose.with kerosin might burn for some time.if a living person burns will scream out of pain automatically.God knows what went wrong. Here must be investigated thouroughly.May her soul rest in peace.I feel something went wrong and to cover it fire was made with kerosine.Heartfelt sympathy to the family.may her soul rest in peace
