One benefit when the center and state have the same party govt. But for DK and Udupi ..Any combination is always detrimental to the interest of this place .Eg is below 1.Corona Numbers go High when unlock date is nearing. 2. Recent transfer of CRPF Office to shimogga 3. Non starting of Toy park , TCS tech parks 4. Diversion of Nethravathi river. 5. MRPL ,NMPT ,Jobs for locals on the positive side 1.construction and maintenance of roads are better in this regime 2. Mangalore roads are better relatively than the previous regime.

The real challenge Karnataka would have faced is if Tamil Nadu was also ruled by BJP. This project had to go on because some gifts as blessings were already received as mentioned by the Karnataka ministers
