Very sad.Where cement pipes were stapled place should have been protected so that noone could go near or children go and play there or with it.Many times it attracts children where dangerous places or things like stones, sand or a big digged place.or water.Heartfelt sympathies to his family.may the soul of this boy rest in peace.Any compansations from the owner to the family?
