Kundapur, Nov 15: The leading name in healthcare sector, Girija Healthcare & Surgicals, inaugurated its third outlet on Sunday November 14 at Atharva Complex, opposite Hotel Parijatha.
B Appanna Hegde, chief trustee, Basrur Mahatobhara Mahalingeshwara temple, inaugurated the outlet by lighting the lamp, while Jayakar Shetty, chairman, Indian Red Cross Society, inaugurated the showroom, Sadashiva Rao, president, District Druggist and Chemist Association Udupi, inaugurated the Medicare Polyclinic, and Dr P V Bhandary, well known psychiatrist, Dr A V Balliga Hospital inaugurated the formal stage programme.
In his inaugural address, Dr P V Bhandary said, "During the Covid pandemic, Girija Healthcare has done a great job in serving the society. There was a need of having a full-fledged medical showroom in Kundapur. Now it gets fulfilled with the presence of Girija Healthcare & Surgicals. All kinds of medical apparatus are available under one roof here. I would say, this is one of the best showrooms in Udupi district. Let them grow and continue their services to the society in the same manner.” He wished the best to the venture in the medical service sector.
Another guest on the dais, B Appanna Hegde said, "Kundapur is the fastest growing city in the district. Kundapur is the center for many stretches like Bhatkal, Hosanagar and Theerthahalli.
