Udupi: Impossible for China to be victorious against India, says Annamalai

Udupi, Dec 21: "Pakistan does not have the capability to fight with India. Even China cannot win a war against India. These things have been mentioned in the official publication of the Communist Party in China. This has happened because during the last some years, India has developed to that level," said Tamil Nadu BJP president and former police officer, Annamalai.

He was delivering a special lecture on the 17thi day programmes of Paryaya Admaru Math's 'Vishwarpanam' programme go signify the conclusion of Paryaya period here on Monday December 20.

He said that in the recent years, changes are being brought to save the culture of India. He said that the women should be given an honourable existence by giving them opportunities in education and employment. To achieve this objective, the central government has proposed to increase their marriageable age to 21, he explained.

Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy president Dayanand Kattalsar, requested the heads of Maths from coastal Karnataka to exert pressure on the central government to include Tulu language in the eighth schedule of the Indian Constitution.

Sirsi Sonda Swarnavalli Math head, Sri Gangadhareshwara Saraswati Swamiji, and Sri Vidyendra Theertha Swamiji of Chitrapura Math, were present. Admaru Math head, Sri Ishapriya Theertha Swamiji, presided.

I partially agree. Over the years, China has occupied a lot of land through incursion. China prefers to keep disputes unresolved to take actions that suits it its political purposes - South China sea disputes are not very different. Timing of Galwan and incursions in Ladhakh is important. China does not want to physically invade India. What they have succeeded through multiple methods is, every Indian thinks, (a) China is strong and can easily defeat India. We should be afraid of China. Annamalai is only disputing that assertion. (b) China finances disturbances across NE states - keep India bogged down, no need to physically attack. (c) Keep the border hot whenever it suits it or its cronies (Pakistan). Does it matter if China is victorious or not? We are constantly worried about China and it occupies the national narrative of India and superiority of China. That is what China wants and has been succeeding ever since it forcefully took over India's right to be the representative from Asia in the security council through the 1962 war. Modernization of military with billions of dollar is not for favorite past time, but because of imminent threat. India's superpower aspirations can be realized if and only if, it gives a hands down defeat to China. India has to chose the right arena (it can be Taiwan, it can be Tibet or even the East Turkmenistan). Again, there are no short-cuts.

This country is ruled by military generals whose interests are in only one thing. Get richer either by looting the country or by get rich by playing double game in American funded wars. Now that America is not interested anymore in Afghanistan, do not be surprised if an administration similar to one that took over Kabul will soon take power in Islamabad. For years, India did not know whom to talk to in Pakistan. China is handing all the dollars as loans in the hands of Pak Military which has already started reneging on the commitments. Soon it will be Pak Military's turn to leave behind military HW and run to western country. Unlike the Afghan refugees, all Pak military and bureaucrats hold dual passport and have made massive investments in Dubai, London and the US. Their kids study and settle in the US. It will be a much bigger headache for India and China together in the coming years. Recent steps by MBS hopefully will moderate the advance of extremism towards Wagah border and also hope that ordinary Pakis will also wake up to act against their Military and their cronies (politicians). India must raise its guard and may have to preemptively act like it did in erstwhile East Pakistan.

Why no comments on the precarious economic condition of the country : WPI inflation has spiked to 14.3% yoy, highest in 3 decades! Yesterday over 10 lac MSME BUSINESS owners held a pan India strike as prices of all commodities have more than doubled & they have already incurred a loss of 15-25k crores; now they say it's impossible to run businesses anymore unless drastic measures are taken to bring down inflation and 40 crore jobs are at stake!
