Kaup, Dec 23: Union minister of state for agriculture and farmer welfare, Shobha Karandlaje, charged the Congress party of opposing the anti-conversion bill in order to secure its loyal votebank.

Speaking to media persons on Wednesday December 22, Shobha blamed the Congress of focussing solely on rising to power, irrespective of the ill affects the country and the society might suffer from.

She said, "The Congressmen have the lopsided mindset of maintaining its vote bank at any cost to come back to power. The Congress is expected to participate in discussions about the said act and come out with suggestions to improve it. But it has been blindly opposing the bill and this is the betrayal of the society at large.

"Irrespective of which caste or religion one belongs, misusing their weaknesses like poverty and other things, influencing the minds of girls to execute 'Love Jihad' plan and getting people converted are things which cannot be tolerated or overlooked," she stated.

On the occasion of the upcoming election for Kaup town municipality, Shobha visited different areas in Kaup on Wednesday and campaigned for votes on behalf of the BJP.

What was the need to hug the Pope and give a wrong signal that all is well within our country. The agenda is long in place and one by one it is coming up. No PM speaks one thing and does exactly the opposite . It only fooling us all the time . Why extend an invitation to the Pope, if you are not really interested and just taking us for a ride. Can’t believe that day by day we Christians are being persecuted for one reason or the other and say our country is for democracy and development. Better forget.

Christians in India are less than 3%, Muslims 13% and Hindus over 80%. The question here is why Congress would oppose the bill to please 16% of the population that would jeopardize their vote bank from majority community? It's not Congress but BJP is after the vote bank.

The first and only object of good government should be the care of human life and happiness, and not their destruction whereas, our present regime is totally engaged in introducing irrelevant and unethical issues for political benefit. That is an attempt to please the majority Hindus and to impress them to view BJP as theirs & Countries saviour. Government is not bothered about people well being and economically burning issues like prices, unemployment, rape culture . Only worry is how to bring minorities strength to a decimal place. More of controversial than proper administrative status and capabilities. Ministerial and party head posts are offered on popularity rather than their education, experience and governing capabilities. !

" There are lots of people who have changed their belief from Roman Catholic to Protestant (believers) believing same Jesus (ex virgin Mary) This took place with my late wife (she is more now and most of you are aware of it. I took care of her almost 7 days when she was contracted with Covid 19 virus and finally she breathed her last in Hospital. I was saved inspite of I was at her side helping and God saved me from all the calamities. Praise the Lord. God is watching but people take their own brains to deviate from one faith to other. Never do that believe that supreme power is there and our destiny rests in his hands.

First of all is there any guarantee, proof or confirmation that certain religion peoples souls have rested in peace in Heaven and the rest are burning in fire of Hell. If no life how the fire of Hell is felt and vice versa ! Conversion should not be forceful or lure by other benefits. I believe that ones good deeds salvage our Souls and bad KARMAS drop the Souls to bad destination. You have to accuse yourself first as your Party don't believe what is written in the Constitution as BJP / RSS intention is to change the Constitution and this you cannot do so easily.
