Mangaluru: Bus driver arrested for sexual harassing girl

Mangaluru, Jan 31: City police commissioner N Shashi Kumar, said that a bus driver was arrested by the personnel of the women's police station here. He has been accused of sexually harassing a minor girl.

The arrested accused happens to be Dayanand (32), a native of Bagalkot district.

The arrest was made on the allegation that he had committed the said crime on Friday within the limits of Kavoor police station in the city.

Dayanand works as a bus driver here. It is said that he enticed the victim to accompany him. After reaching a deserted spot, he had sexually harassed the girl. The girl had complained to the women's police station. The commissioner said that the accused was produced in the court.

    The victim accompanied the driver alone to the spot why and what she expected Ice (cone) cream ? Bulshit made up story. May be deal was not fulfilled. Dump this story in the thrash.     These girls who get enticed are not so naive to preempt the outcome when accompanying an unknown man to a deserted location; probably when their demands are not fulfilled they cry foul and put the entire blame on the man; most of these so called sexual assault cases seem to of this nature!

    India has seen cultural development and shown its true culture after 2014. The so called cultured girl agreed and went along with the driver like a BAKREE to a secluded place for getting sexual harassment .......!!! This is Fake In India..........!!!

    'enticed' meaning...the girl knows she is alone with a bus driver. What is the ourpose of going?! However men you have no right to touch a girl even if she is alone in a deserted area.
