In India, there is so much of barren land. Why can't govt develop this land and provide some job opportunities for these people. Nowadays we don't get any laborers, if they want they can work and earn money but they don't and they steal from the people who have worked hard to earn for it. There should be a strict law in the country. Govt should not allow the people to stand idle on the road for long. It is sickening to watch such people on the road and spend their time just by standing on the road and doing nothing and they do all this nonsense work.
